Charity Padel Event for Dyslexia Awareness

On February 7–8, a charity event Perskaityk skraidančius kamuoliukus will take place in Vilnius

Fenix Charity Fund proudly supports the charity padel tournament Perskaityk skraidančius kamuoliukus, an event dedicated to raising awareness about dyslexia and supporting children who experience reading difficulties.

Dyslexia is a learning difficulty that affects reading and writing skills. Children with dyslexia may need more time to recognize words, understand texts, and spell correctly, but with the right tools and support they can learn just as successfully as their peers.

This tournament is being held for the second time. Last year, thanks to the support of partners and participants, children received meaningful assistance, and we are proud to continue this initiative by supporting the event again this year.

The tournament highlights the everyday challenges faced by children with dyslexia, for whom reading can be a demanding and time-consuming process. To help make learning more accessible, the event focuses on providing practical support where it is needed most.

During the tournament, funds will be raised to purchase specialized reading scanner pens designed for children with dyslexia. These devices scan printed text and convert it into audio, helping students better understand written material and engage more confidently in their education.

By supporting this initiative, Fenix contributes to creating more inclusive learning opportunities and ensuring that children receive the tools they need to succeed.
